We maintain a broad portfolio of accommodation—from single-occupancy studios to small, carefully matched shared houses—so that each resident can be placed in an environment proportionate to their assessed risk and rehabilitation goals. Robust pre-admission assessments guide every allocation, ensuring neighbours’ safety while giving residents the best chance to stabilise and progress.
A named key worker carries out scheduled and unannounced visits (daily, weekly, or as risk dictates) and operates a 24-hour helpline for urgent concerns. These checks verify compliance with licence conditions, pick up early signs of relapse, and provide residents with consistent, face-to-face reassurance.
On arrival, every resident co-produces a support plan that sets clear, measurable targets around substance misuse, mental health, budgeting, and employment or training. Progress is reviewed at least monthly with input from probation, health professionals, and family where appropriate, allowing interventions to adapt as needs change.
We run structured pathways into volunteering, skills courses, and restorative-justice projects, delivered with local charities, employers, and faith groups. By building positive networks beyond the housing setting, residents gain a sense of belonging, reduce the likelihood of re-offending, and move closer to secure, long-term accommodation.
